2 more cases were identified in the Lebanon R-3 School District on Thursday, at Esther Elementary. That brings the district’s total number of cases this school year to 75. The Conway School District has reported 3 cases this school year, and there have been 5 cases in the Joel E. Barber School District. The Lebanon School District had 216 students and staff in quarantine as of Thursday.
