29-year-old Kenneth Luke Harting of Laquey has been arraigned in Pulaski County Circuit Court in Waynesville on a felony charge of delivering or concealing prohibited articles on the premises. Court documents allege that on or about April 11th, Harting knowingly possessed heroin, a controlled substance, on the premises of the Pulaski County Detention Center.
Harting entered a not guilty plea to the charge at his arraignment. Judge Colin Long ordered him to personally appear for a counsel status hearing on April 26th. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 16th.
