27 kayaks stolen from Lebanon Manufacturer

A cooperative effort between the Lebanon Police Department and Sparta Police has resulted in the recovery of 27 stolen kayaks. According to Lebanon Police, Officers took a report of theft from Tracker Plastics on Tower Road when 27 kayaks were taken from a shipping truck. The business was notified that one of the limited edition kayaks was being sold on a social media outlet. The investigation led a Lebanon Police Detective to Sparta where a 43-year-old suspect was identified. A search warrant was served in Sparta on Monday, and all of the stolen kayaks were recovered. No charges have been filed yet, and the investigation is continuing.
