25 year old accused of beating up his sister

A 25 year old man from Osage Beach was jailed after reportedly beating up a family member. Camden County Deputies responded to a call to St Tropez Circle Osage Beach for a domestic disturbance. The caller told police that they along with younger family members were hiding in the bathroom, and could hear Dylan Grant Ervie punching the victim repeatedly. The victim’s reported that Ervie attempted to force his way into the bathroom where they were hiding by beating on the door with a baseball bat. When Deputies arrived at the house, Ervie was still holding the baseball bat. He has been charged with3 counts of peace disturbance and 1 count of domestic assault. His bond was set at $20-thousand-dollars.
