215 Covid cases now record in Laclede County
Laclede County Health Department reported seven additional positive laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Laclede County on Wednesday. Health Department Administrator, Charla Baker says the six are symptomatic and one not symptomatic and all seven had no public contact. During recent case investigations, the Laclede County Health Department has linked multiple positive COVID-19 cases to the summer school program held at Joel E. Barber School. Exposure dates were July 27th through July 31st. Baker says people that are close contact should monitor for symptoms, contact your health provider, quarantine for 14 days from the last date of possible exposure. Baker says the recent cases bring the total to 215 cases to date, 27 currently being monitored, 187 considered recovered, and one death.
