Blood donations expected to hit record levels

Last week’s announcement that the Red Cross is testing blood donations for Covid-19 antibodies, had a significant impact on the number of donations last week. Zydlo encourages everyone to keep making appointments to give blood by visiting redcrossblood.org. With so many blood drives being cancelled, he said it’s going to be especially important to donate blood as the Independence Day holiday approaches.
