Two people are facing charges related to the assault, and kidnapping of a woman in May. The victim told authorities, that she stopped at a residence in Cole Camp during errands, and was confronted by one of her assailants, who put a pistol to the side of her head and questioned her about stealing a firearm from him. The victim, also claimed that she was confined to the living room, beaten and not allowed to go to the bathroom. The victim was also beaten with a gun, kicked in the face, burned with cigarettes and she said that she was made to dig her own grave, while being told she was going to be killed. Jamie J. Ritcheson of Cole Camp and Johnnie Adams of Sedalia have both been charged with assault, kidnapping, armed criminal action and harassment. Both are scheduled to be in court for a hearing today(tues).
