18-year-old Samuel Edward Henton of Waynesville has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on 15 counts of felony charges. The charges include burglary in the first degree and 14 counts of stealing. Court documents allege that Henton, in concert with another person, unlawfully entered Bow and Barrell Sportman Center on or about March 14th and stole 12 Glock handguns, a Smith and Wesson handgun, and a Beretta CX4 Storm 9-millimeter carbine rifle. Henson entered not guilty pleas to all charges at his arraignment. Judge Michael Headrick ordered the defendant to personally appear at a counsel status hearing on March 21st. A bond review hearing is set for the same date.
