Who is to blame for Missouri Income Tax Refunds not being paid?

Missouri’s auditor is blaming a big delay in tax refunds on disfunction in the department of revenue and the Parson administration. A recent report says thousands of Missourians still have not gotten their refunds from 2018. Democrat Nicole Galloway says officials are choosing to pay other bills first with state cash.

Auditor Galloway has announced she’s running against Parson for governor this year.
