1.5 Billion investment by GM at Wentzville

(St. Louis)–General Motors is investing 1.5 billion dollars in its eastern Missouri plant and will keep nearly 4,000 workers there. During a press conference Friday at the factory in Wentzville, Governor Parson said the news represents one of the largest single project investments from the private sector in Missouri. The factory supports more than 12,200 jobs throughout Missouri’s economy.
