Missouri’s second total solar eclipse in seven years will pass over parts of southeast Missouri today. Residents are warned to wear glasses that have not expired and are designed to safely view the eclipse. The eclipse begins at 12:35 p.m. and reaches totality in the Lebanon area at 1:56 this afternoon. The next total solar eclipse in Missouri will not happen until 2505.
