Official Rules:
1. HOW TO ENTER: Official Entry Cards may be picked up at participating businesses, one card per business per visit. Entry Cards will also be available from members of the staff of Radio Station KJEL or KFBD at selected on-location broadcasts throughout the summer. Stamp and mail the completed Entry Card. It is self-addressed. Do not leave your Entry Card with the merchant.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Contestants must be 18 years or older as of May 31, 2010. Proof of age will be required of all “Finalists.” Failure to comply with this or any other official rule will result in disqualification. Employees of GoodRadio and their immediate families are not eligible.
3. DAILY DRAWING: One name will be randomly drawn daily between 6am and 10pm, commencing August 1, 2010, and continuing through Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at both KJEL and KFBD. That name will be announced on that station. The selected registrant will have 10-minutes to call the station where their name was announced to become a Finalist in the drawing for our major prizes, a Honda 400 EX, valued at $5,999.00 and a PW50 Youth Motor Bike valued at $1,111.00. In addition to calling within the time limit, the caller must correctly give their “Codeword” as listed on their entry card in order to be registered as a Finalist. All Finalists’ names from both stations will be entered in the drawing for both vehicles so both vehicles could be won by the same contestant.
4. THE FINALS: The Finalists, as determined in Paragraph 3, are qualified to participate in the final contest, which will take place at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 11, 2010, at a site to be determined. Finalists should check in by 9:45 A.M. for registration. The Finalists must appear in person. No substitutes or stand-ins shall be allowed. Picture identification will be required to verify the identity of each Finalist before his or her name is placed in the container of names for drawing.
5. THE FINALS DRAWING: The same number of poker chips as Finalists present will be deposited in a container for drawing. All except one will be the same color. One chip will be a different color and shall designate the contest winner when drawn. The person drawing the winning chip wins the PW 50 Youth Motor Bike. All names and chips will be re-deposited and the second contest for the Honda 400 EX will be conducted in the same manner as the first. The drawing of names shall be performed by representatives of KJEL and KFBD.
6. THE MAJOR PRIZES – A PW-50 Youth Motor Bike, valued at $1,111 and a Honda 400 EX, valued at $5,999, both purchased from Skyline Honda of Waynesville, St. Robert.
7. RESPONSIBILITY: All federal, state or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners must sign a Prize Acceptance Form before the vehicles will be presented. Acceptance of any prize from this promotion constitutes permission for GoodRadio.TV and its agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules.
