Endangered Person Advisory

The Springfield Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 2401 West Grand Street, Springfield at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. Kelsey S. Jones is a white, female, age 26, height 6′, 300 lbs, brown hair, hazel eyes, medium complexion, with scars on the left wrist and right thigh and a tattoo on her upper right arm, wearing unknown clothing. Kelsey Jones walked away from the Springfield Skilled Care Center. She has been diagnosed with lupus and suffers from schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder from a previous head injury. Jones is without her medication and requires care.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Springfield Police Department at 417-864-1810.
